Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to 21 days prior to the date of arrival will incur no cancellation charges. If a reservation is cancelled between 21 and 10 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged as retention. In case of cancellations made less than 10 days before the date of arrival, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as retention.
