Guests are requested to adhere to hotel check-in and check-out timings as per policy, carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in, and ensure that room occupancy does not exceed the number confirmed in the booking. Smoking inside rooms, loud music, parties, and any disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment. Any damage to hotel property will be chargeable to the guest, pets are not allowed unless specifically permitted, and guests are advised to keep their room keys and valuables safe, as the hotel will not be responsible for any loss or misplacement.

Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled between 21-10 days before date of arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged as retention. If cancelled less than 10 days or in case of no show- 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged as retention.
